To monitor our performance, feedback is actively requested from our clients regarding their satisfaction with services received, including project closing and lab testing E-surveys, and an annual client survey polling up to 70 clients. Our client satisfaction scores are often above 95%. We regularly review client feedback and follow up on any opportunities for improvement.
